💰 $150 Flat Fee (Base fee for professional documentation)

Includes:

• Visual inspection

• Identification of storm-related indicators

• Determination of whether further investigation is warranted

• Verbal summary

Short inspection summary with simple photo report

“Pre-Claim Damage Evaluation”

This partial inspection is a base fee, meant for Initial scope not a full dwelling inspection as per Ohio Code.

(a signed agreement is required prior to inspection as per Ohio law before inspection can be performed)

Tier 2 – MasterCraft Restoration Documented Damage Report (provided by Affiliate Company)

💰 Starting at $350

“Pricing based on size, complexity, and scope of documentation required”

• Small scope: $350 (Average Damage Claim)

• Moderate: $500–$1000.00

• Large/complex: $1,000 - $2,500

  Includes full inspection report using XM8 with photo report and advanced report writing. (These are good to use to to ensure accurate insurance or contractor estimations)

Tier 3 – Advanced Forensic / Scope Analysis

💰 Custom Quote (this is needed in large scale inspection or losses where detailed line item accountibility for the insurance carrier through Minuteman Inspection and our Affiliate MasterCraft)

Includes:

• Detailed documentation

• Multi-system evaluation

• Repair scope considerations

• Contractor/adjuster clarification support (without negotiation)
